From time to time you may need to add or remove a bonus from a Customer's rewards account. Follow the steps below to make the appropriate changes.
Access the Account Information Page
Log into your BayIQ dashboard. Next, select Customers then Terminal from the top navigation bar.
Select the Store you would like to search.
Search by last name, phone number, email address, or address. Then, Select Go! to search.
Select your customer by clicking the customer's Name in your search results. If your search returns only one result, you'll be sent directly to the customer's Rewards Profile and can skip this step.

Next, select Account Page
Remove a Bonus
After accessing the customer's Account Information page, following the steps above, you're able to view and remove one or more bonuses from the Rewards Account.
Select the red trash can icon next to the bonus you'd like to remove. Select Yes in the confirmation window to remove the bonus.
The page will refresh and their available bonuses will reflect the removal of the bonus. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove other bonuses.
Add a Bonus
From the customer's account page, select the green Add Bonus button in the top right hand corner.
All available bonuses will load on the pop-up window. Select the green Add Bonus to Customer next to the bonus you'd like to add to the customer's account.
Once the bonus has been added the green Add Bonus to Customer button will now display Added.
The bonus has been added to the customer's account and now be visible on their account page.
