From time to time you may need to add or remove a bonus from a Customer's rewards account. Follow the steps below to make the appropriate changes.
First, locate your Rewards Customer's Account Information page. Learn how to access the Account Information page here.
Add a Bonus
Scroll to the Bonus & Promotions section. Then select Add Bonus.
Then, select a bonus from the list and click Add Bonus to Customer.
Once the bonus has been added the green Add Bonus to Customer button will now display Added.
Remove a Bonus
Select the red trash can icon next to the bonus you'd like to remove.
Select Yes in the confirmation window to remove the bonus.
The page will refresh and their available bonuses will reflect the removal of the bonus. Repeat as many times as necessary to remove other bonuses.
