Rewards customers, who registered for your rewards program with text messaging as their communication preference, will receive different communications than your customers who receive emails.
To preview the text templates, select Settings then Markets at the top of your dashboard.
Then select the company name.
Next select the Options button in the top right corner, and select Edit.
Then, choose Communications at the top of the page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page to find Text Templates. Select the name of the text template you’d like to view and the text will be displayed on the right.
