BayIQ provides two sets of email templates, one for rewards, and another for non-rewards customers. This article will review how to edit and view these emails.
To access emails and email settings for messages sent to your rewards customers visit Settings > Markets.
Then, click the company name.
Next select the Options button in the top right corner, and select Edit.
Select the Communications tab at the top.
Then, scroll down to find the Email Templates section. Emails with a green check mark are active, and a red x indicates an inactive email. All rewards customer emails are displayed here with a few exceptions: If your business is not using the Appointment Scheduler or Reviews Platform you will not see the appointment reminder or review invitation emails. The Coupon Created email template will be displayed for all customers, but only used for BayIQ customers without integrated point of sale systems.
To view the email, click on the title. The email and email settings will be displayed on the right. Each email will have different settings at the top of the preview such as on/off, artwork, rewards to include, and reward expiration.
Emails are sent to customers who haven’t signed up for your rewards program to entice them to join and remind them of services. To access this page visit Marketing > Non-Rewards Members.
Click the title of an email to view the email purpose, adjust content, and preview the email template.
