Each day you receive a Summary email, showing you how many signups you had, the transaction totals, and how many rewards transactions were processed.
You can run this same report yourself, for any timeframe, right from the dashboard. This time, we will select the Advanced version rather than the basic, where you are able to see exactly what is being processed in terms of promotions, bonuses, and points, as well as how many transactions were processed where no points were used.
Step 1: Select the Reports dropdown menu and choose Summary Report
Step 2: Select the date range you want to see, as well as selecting Advanced Report vs the default Basic Report
What comes up first is the same information you get daily, but if you scroll down beyond that, you will see what bonuses were used and how many, as well as the details, like invoice number, customer name, amount of transaction, employee name, and date of transaction.
