Linking co-op vendors to your account lets us know which promotions should be included in your outgoing communications. Financing options are also included within the co-op vendors function.
Unless you’ve changed or updated your list of vendors, the list of co-op vendors were selected and reviewed at the time your dealership went through the onboarding process. If you’d like to review the list and/or make any adjustments, just follow this quick how-to.
Step 1: Log into your BayIQ system. Click SETTINGS in the top bar and then MARKETS in the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select your store location.
Step 3: Click on the OPTIONS button in the top right corner. In the drop-down menu select EDIT
Step 4: This will bring you to our General Settings page. This is the page with the 5 tabs that cover most of your reward program settings. You’ll automatically land on the GENERAL tab.
Step 5: About halfway down the page you’ll see the listing for CO-OP VENDORS. Here you can add or delete companies from your vendor list. To delete existing manufacturers from your list just click to highlight and hit the delete button on your keyboard. To add a new vendor, add your cursor to the Co-op vendor window and type in the name of the manufacturer. Most often the company name will appear before you finish typing. Click on it to add to your list.
Step 6: Would you like your finance options added to your outgoing customer communications? Add them the same way you’d add a manufacturer. Here’s a list of their names and the accompanying artwork. If you have an option that doesn’t show, send the onboarding team a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
