A quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org will open a support ticket and alert our whole team so we can get to work helping you quickly. Please include as much information as possible: store name, description of the issue or question and any screenshots or examples you have.

In order to help the most clients efficiently, we don't answer the phone directly. Instead, if you leave a voicemail on our support line, it'll be transcribed to open a support ticket with the team.

You can open a support ticket from right inside the BayIQ platform. Here's how:
- Select Help along the top navigation bar
- Complete the form with as much information as possible
- Select Submit to open a support ticket with our team
