From time to time you may need to remove a customer from your Rewards Program. Follow the steps below to learn how to remove a customer.
First, select Customers then Customer Terminal from the top menu.
Select your Market from the list. Your Customer Terminal will open in a new window.
Search for your customer by card number, last name, phone number, or email address, then select Go!
Choose your customer from the list by selecting their Name.
From here, depending on which point-of-sale shop management system your business uses, you may be directed to the Customer Account Information page or remain within the Customer Terminal Window.
If your business is using one of the following point-of-sale systems, you'll be taken directly to the Account Information page and can skip this step. Click here to skip to Step 5.

After selecting your rewards customer, select the Customer Info icon.
Next, select Account Page.
Next, select Delete Rewards Account.
Note: This action cannot be undone. If you have removed a customer from the rewards program by accident, please contact our Support Team for help by clicking Submit a Request in the top right-hand corner of this page.
