From your dashboard, go to Shop Tools and click on Terminal:
Type in your store name and click on a location:
This will open a new window where you will enter your customer last name, email or phone number:
Locate the customer you are looking for and click on their email address. This will take you to the Create Transaction page.
From this window, you can see points and value of points, plus promotions and bonuses available (click on the green arrow to show these). Up at the top, you see a silhouette, if you click on this you will see customer information. From here, you can change address, phone, email, add a birthday, change a customer from Retail to Fleet, change the method of contact from email to text. You also have access to their Circle Page.
To Deactivate/Remove customer from Rewards program, click on the Circle Page button at the top of this page. This takes you to the customer's Circle Information page where you see all transactions, vehicles and any other circle members.
If you click on the email address, it will take you to their profile page. Here, you will see two buttons, one says disable and one says deactivate. Click on DISABLE then DEACTIVATE to fully remove the customer from the program.
