In the event you need to adjust a customer's rewards points by increasing or decreasing the value, follow the steps below to make a point adjustment
Select Customers from the top navigation bar, then choose Terminal.
Select the Store from the menu below, this will open a new window.
Use one of the following options to search for your customer:
- Last name
- Email address
- Rewards card number
- Phone number
Then, select Go!
Choose your customer from the list by selecting their name.
Once you’ve reached the customer’s profile, choose the up and down arrow icon from the menu.
Adjust your points using the prompts in the Point Adjustment window.
- Adjustment type - choose either dollars or points
- Dollar amount or Adjustment Points - enter the value you would like to adjust.
- For negative values, put a negative “-” in front of the value.
- Note - Enter a description for the point adjustment. Your customers will see this description on their rewards profile, so be sure to phrase this in a way you’d be ok with your customer seeing.
Then, Save Changes.
